Decisions under the Railway Act

The Office for the Protection of Competition, pursuant to Section 57a (5) of the Railway Act, publishes decisions issued under this Act. Decisions are published in the Czech version only. The Collection of Decision contains also decisions of the former Transport Infrastructure Access Authority that were adopted before 2024.
