List of Airports

List of the airports on Czech Republic territory to which directive 2009/12/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on airport charges applies. This directive is transposed to the TITLE VI PRICE FOR USE OF THE AIRPORTS of the Act No. 49/1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and on amendment of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., Trade Licensing Code, as amended.

The provisions of the Section 42d of aforementioned Act shall be applied for the negotiation of the proposal on airport charges for the use of the Airport:

Vaclav Havel Airport Prague, Ruzyne, operated by Letiště Praha, a. s., ID No. 28244532, with its registered office at the address K letišti 1019/6, Ruzyně, 161 00 Praha 6, which annual traffic is over five million passenger movements.
