St. Martin Conference 2013
The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to obtain current information on the major developments in the field of the Czech, European and international competition law and policy over the past twelve months. It will bring together Czech as well as foreign competition experts from the competition authorities and other governmental bodies, European Commission, business community, private sector, judiciary and academics.
This year’s topics are prepared so they reflect the most recent trends and meet to the greatest extent issues which the legal practice faces. There will be a traditional topic “What’s New in the Competition Law and Policy“. The conference agenda will include also other interesting topics such as: more economic approach in merger control, private enforcement and recodification, resale price maintenance, petrol and motor fuel markets and bid rigging.
Official languages of the conference are Czech and English, with simultaneous interpretation.
Registration fee is CZK 5,000 for the public or CZK 1,500 for students and public servants. The number of participants is limited by the capacity of the venue.
