The following panel will describe the role of competition authorities in the field of private enforcement of competition law. The agenda also includes topic dedicated to health services providers and healthcare in general, as this issue is considered to be challenging and important topic not only of the European competition policy; especially with the emphasis on the matter of the drug policy and position of the concerned subject on a market.
