Whistleblower Tool

This tool enables anonymous and confidential reporting of suspected possible infringements of the rules laid down in the Competition Act, the Act on Significant Market Power and Unfair Trading Practices in the Sale of Agricultural and Food Products and the Railways Act. The Office for the Protection of Competition considers this tool to be very valuable as it enables it to obtain incentives leading to the detection of infringements, to speed up investigations and the initiation of administrative proceedings and to the subsequent imposition of sanctions on undertakings committing such infringements.

It is advisable to include your name in the report. Regardless of whether you do so, we kindly ask you to create a secure inbox. This will make communication with us safer and easier.

The notification system must not be used to knowingly make false accusations against any person. It is also forbidden to submit information that is known to be false.
