Merger K & K Capital Group/Vítkovice holding was approved
The activities between both parties don´t overlap. There is no risk of harming competition, according to the decision of the Office. Karel Komárek Group shelters about 26 companies in Czech republic, Poland, Slovakia and Croatia. The decision about merger was issued on 28th June and the same day came into force.
