Acquisition of TV Nova approved
CME is mostly active on the market of TV broadcasting, however none of its companies has operated in the Czech Republic so far. The decision has already entered into force. CME group took control of all the companies of TV Nova group through companies Česká produkční 2000 a.s. and VILJA a.s.
